My education is related to IT technologies and software programming, but anyhow I ended up working in railways structure. I started in my company ( JSC "Passenger train") as a Head of Resource Accounting division, where my responsibilities was to take care of statistical data and planning and controlling oil, fuel and electricity needs for train operations. Afterwards I was Head of Rolling stock division, where my main responsibilities was to plan and organize rolling stock maintenance (that time it was outsourced). After a few years I was promoted to a position of Head of Operating division. There my main responsibility was to take care of train drivers personnel (~250 people). In 2015 JSC " Passenger train" took over a maintenance of it's rolling stock and I was posted to lead this new department  - Rolling stock service department. Basically in my company I have gone through all stages - resource planning, maintenance planning, rolling stock operations and now rolling stock full maintenance organization.
