Staffan Ingvander has been with MTR since 2009 and has held various positions within depot management and project management. Staffan has been responsible for the introduction of a Bombardier Movia C30 Fleet in the Stockholm Metro and the start of a new maintenance depot including recruiting, training and set up of spare parts logistics and IT-system. For the last two years Staffan has shifted focus towards business development work and has been responsible for the maintenance side of MTR’s winning bid and mobilization of a nine-year contract for operating and maintaining Mälartågen. Mälartågen is a reginal train service in eastern Sweden around Stockholm. The operation is performed with a fleet of 53 Stadler Kiss and 9 Bombardier Regina vehicles who are maintained in a depot located in Eskilstuna. Staffan’s areas of expertise is within introduction of vehicles, depot management, project management, business development and bid work.
